Currently reading: “Blind Descent” by James M. Tabor

Howdy, friends.

I started “Blind Descent,” about the quests to discover the world’s deepest caves, this past week. I am about three-quarters through and loving it. I love adventure stories. This one chronicles two men trying to find the deepest cave — one in Mexico, and one in the Republic of Georgia.

Here are some reviews.

GoodReads.

NPR.

And the book’s cover:

Blind

And some stuff from National Geographic.

And a few photos:

And this shows Huautla cave timelines.

I picked up three books from the library this weekend, which means I now have about 14 checked out. I need to seriously get reading.

Happy reading.
